These general terms of use (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the SmartPrivateJet site. By browsing the site, the user acknowledges having read these Terms and accepts them without reservation.
1. Purpose of the Site
SmartPrivateJet is a private jet operator comparison service. The site presents, in an editorial and informative capacity, the publicly available offering of partner operators: routes, aircraft types, price ranges and service levels. The site is neither a carrier, a travel agent, nor an aviation broker.
2. Access to the Service
Access to the site is free of charge. SmartPrivateJet endeavours to ensure continuous availability but cannot guarantee the absence of interruptions, whether due to maintenance operations, technical updates or external events beyond its control.
3. Booking and Contractual Relationship
Any quote request or booking initiated from the site is processed directly by the selected operator. The transport or charter contract is concluded exclusively between the user and that operator, in accordance with that operator’s own general conditions. SmartPrivateJet is not involved in the formation or performance of that contract.
4. Indicative Prices
The prices shown on the site are provided for indicative purposes only. They may vary depending on aircraft availability, season, operational conditions, applicable taxes and each operator’s commercial policy. Only the quote confirmed by the operator is binding.
5. User Conduct
The user undertakes to use the site in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. The following are expressly prohibited: automated data extraction, disruption of the site’s operation, use of false identities, and any action intended to compromise the security or availability of the service.
6. Intellectual Property
All content published on the site (texts, comparisons, illustrations, photographs, trademarks, logos, site structure) is the exclusive property of SmartPrivateJet or its partners and is protected by applicable international conventions. Any reproduction, representation or reuse, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation, is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
SmartPrivateJet takes the greatest care over the quality and accuracy of the information published. However, the site is provided “as is”: no warranty is given as to completeness, currency or freedom from error. SmartPrivateJet’s liability may not be engaged on account of:
- a decision made on the basis of information consulted on the site;
- a dispute between the user and a partner operator;
- unavailability of the site, a network malfunction or data loss;
- any indirect or consequential damage.
8. External Links
The site contains links to the sites of partner operators and other third-party resources. SmartPrivateJet exercises no control over these sites and accepts no liability for their content, availability or privacy policy.
9. Personal Data
The processing of personal data in connection with use of the site is described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Amendments to the Terms
SmartPrivateJet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time in order to reflect changes to the service or applicable regulations. The version in force is always the one accessible on this page.
11. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the law of the publisher’s country of establishment, subject to mandatory rules of private international law. The parties shall endeavour first to resolve any dispute amicably. Failing that, the dispute shall be brought before the competent courts of the publisher’s registered office.
